We have witnessed our Members stretched and tested in many ways over the past 12 months. You have faced unprecedented challenges, and at CCSA we have been supporting our Member services through such changes. It is proven that early childhood services that are well managed with informed and involved owners, boards and committee members, are best placed to face such challenges, and make the right decisions, at the right time based on the right information.
This Snapshot further supports the management of your service and builds management capability by outlining the information you need to operate effectively to get the best outcomes for children. It outlines the key elements of managing an early childhood service and shows how these elements connect to support good governance.
