CCSA uses National Australia Bank Transact for its online credit card transactions. National Australia Bank Transact processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using NAB Transact are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by CCSA or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under PCI compliance.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within the NAB bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- All monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by CCSA.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from CCSA containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your membership purchase we will give you a 5 working day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the membership. Please email us HERE within that time if you are not satisfied with your membership purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy applies to Membership Subscriptions to CCSA. This refund policy does not apply to goods or documents used in the delivery of services from CCSA. Goods or documents used in the delivery of services which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. CCSA will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, you have a right to complain to us. We welcome any complaints or suggestions as they help us to improve our services to you.

You may contact CCSA by phone, fax, post or email. If your complaint is of a confidential nature, you should contact the Operations Manager or the President.
How will your complaint be dealt with?
Issues surrounding your complaint will be investigated and current practice amended if found to be inadequate.
The investigation will ensure that all information including the name or identity of the person/service complaining and any other private information will only be given to the people involved with investigating the complaint.
All practical steps will be taken to ensure that the complainant(s) and others who provide information will be protected from repercussions, reprisals and victimisation.
You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation as soon as practicable.
What should you do if you are not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation or the process used to handle the complaint, you should put your concerns in writing to the Secretary of the organisation so that the matter can be addressed by CCSA’s Board.
If the matter cannot be resolved at this level, then you could consider taking your concern to the NSW Office of Fair Trading.
