This page will guide you through an induction process that will collect information from you, and provide the information and tools
you need to perform your new role confidently while gaining experience and valuable professional development from this exciting opportunity.

You will have already met the other board members, and have been allocated a board buddy who will help you settle in. Please contact your buddy if you have any questions or concerns.

Board Induction Part 1

Administration onboarding (weeks 1 and 2 following the Annual General Meeting)

During weeks 1 and 2 you will be contacted by our General Manager, John Stuart, and Office Coordinator, Amanda Marco, who will arrange your access to the CCSA website and IT programs.

Shortly you will receive an invitation from system@app.enablehr.com.au  where you can complete your personal details, emergency contacts, and other details we need to onboard you.

Board functions, and your role and responsibilities (week 3 following the Annual General Meeting)

In week 3, the Chair will meet with you to provide an overview of the CCSA Constitution, the functions of the board and to discuss your position description.

Your buddy is your first point of contact for any questions or concerns you have about your new role. Please contact them to benefit from their knowledge and experience.
