What is the Fair Work Information Statement?

The Fair Work Information Statement is a factual document that provides new employees with information about the conditions of their employment.

Fair Work have recently updated the Fair Work Information Statement to make it easier to understand the minimum workplace entitlements.

Employers are required to give every new employee a copy of the Fair Work Information Statement before, or as soon as possible after, they start their new job.
