Do we need to advertise our vacant positions?

In order to ensure that you uphold principles of equal opportunity and attract the best possible candidate for the position, it is recommended that all positions are advertised. The type and scope of advertisement depends upon the position you wish to fill. Your funding agreement(s) may also specify particular requirements regarding advertising positions.
