New workshop announced:
Supporting Wellbeing in your Early Childhood Service
CCSA, in collaboration with the Centre for Research in Early Childhood Education, Macquarie University and REEaCh Centre (Research in Effective Education in Early Childhood), Melbourne Graduate School of Education, presents an online workshop package exploring wellbeing in the context of early childhood.
Focusing on educators, we will go beyond Work Health and Safety, to look at what physical and psychological wellbeing in the workplace really looks like, and consider how leaders can influence better outcomes at their service through their interactions, support and advocacy.
Presented over 2 sessions, the live webinars will be interactive to allow sharing and collaboration, and participants will be provided with tools and templates to support reflection, self-assessment and planning for the future. There are also two surveys and resources sent to participants during the workshop period.
This is a unique opportunity to work with experts in this field to improve the wellbeing of you and your team. Champion wellness changes in your service.
Participants will be sent resources and templates as well as a certificate of completion.
