Appraisals and Professional Development Training

Feedback for staff should be provided as regularly as possible to guide them in their work. The purpose of feedback is to enable people to deliver work the way the service needs, identifying any support, resources or training the individual might require.

In this training you will examine how staff appraisals can be used as a tool for staff development and learn practical strategies on how to establish staff appraisal processes in your service.
