During this presentation you will learn to identify organisational risks and how to manage them, helping to safeguard the ongoing delivery of quality early childhood education and care. This training is tailored to your service with time allocated to investigate and document some of your service’s key risks and identify controls using a tailored template. A template will be provided to you after the session as a resource for your continued use and further development

Introduction to Strategic and Business Planning

Duration: 4.5 hours (can be delivered as 3 x 1.5 hour sessions if virtual delivery is selected)

The most important aspect of a Strategic Plan is being able to identify your starting point, where the organisation is right now and identify where the service wants to be in the future. Understanding and Reviewing Your Constitution

Duration: 3 – 4hr training and interactive workshop plus 2hr analysis
