This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take on and be involved in setting uo and managing a brand new facility. The director will be responsible for managing all facets of the centre.

This centre has been made possible thanks to the support of our local Murrumbidgee Council and a hard-working committee of volunteers who have worked tirelessly to get the project to where it is today. This project began after a need was identified in our community several years ago for extended hours care and further care spaces for children under the age of three.

We will be a 43 place, committee run centre, providing care and early learning services to children aged from 6 weeks to school age.

The centre plan includes 3 main rooms consisting of a babies’ room, 2-3 year old room and preschool room. Each room has been designed to have open access to the outdoor learning environment. . Grants have been obtained to allow for the design and full landscaping of the play space, which will focus on natural elements and exploratory play. The director will have their own office and the centre design includes a kitchen to provide meals and a communal dining space for children

We are proud to have a long and rich history as Jerilderie Preschool Kindergarten Inc and will continue to provide a high-quality preschool program, led by our Preschool Teacher, for children aged 3 to 5 years.
