RRF 2023: Offsite Networking Event
Thursday 16 March, 2:15pm – 4:30pm
In response to your thoughts and ideas, this year we have included a special offsite networking event. This will further support opportunities for stronger connections, for building working relationships and provide time to listen and talk with others about what is working for them and how they are growing.
All delegates will be transported via a 10 minute coach ride to and from the location .

Rosby is a working vineyard property, where two passions for art and wine have entwined to create a unique sanctuary. This will be an opportunity to relax, connect with other delegates and take part in a range of unstructured activities.
We advise that to make your afternoon a comfortable and relaxed experience:
- Wear something comfortable
- Feel free to bring a sunhat and a picnic blanket
- Grazing platters provided.

Wine tasting
Rosby Vineyard is renowned for its exceptional wine tasting experience. For $10 (payable at the cellar door) visitors can sample a range of award-winning wines in the stunning views of the vineyard. The wine tasting is led by knowledgeable staff who are passionate about the vineyard’s history and winemaking process.
The wine tasting experience is optional and is a great way to discover the rich flavours of local wines and learn about the art of winemaking. The vineyard’s stunning location, nestled among rolling hills and scenic countryside, adds to the ambiance and makes for a truly memorable experience.


Sculpture walk
Rosby Vineyard is hosting a sculpture walk experience, where visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the vineyard while admiring a range of beautiful sculptures. Visitors can take in the stunning views of the vineyard and the surrounding countryside while enjoying this unique experience.
Visitors can explore the vineyard at their own pace, taking time to admire each sculpture and appreciate the skill and creativity of the artists. The experience is perfect for art lovers and nature enthusiasts alike, offering a unique way to engage with the beauty of the world around us.
Artist talk: Michael Bourke
Michael Bourke is an accomplished artist from Mudgee, Australia, with a passion for capturing the beauty of the natural world in his paintings. His artwork often features vibrant colours and bold brushstrokes that showcase the Australian landscape in all its glory. Bourke’s work has been exhibited in galleries across the country.
Bourke will be available to share insights into his creative process and inspirations. Attendees can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the techniques and approaches he uses to create his stunning paintings while viewing a display of some of his unique artworks.


Kinship games: Aleshia Lonsdale
Local Wiradjuri woman, Aleshia Lonsdale is a visual artist, arts worker and curator.
Delegates will have the opportunity to share in this unique experience to learn about the richness and depth of Indigenous culture and history.
